Adaptive Dance provides an opportunity for children with special needs to explore and experience the joy of movement and music with a supportive and creative team of teachers and assistants. Classes are adapted and structured to match the strengths and abilities of the dancers. Dancers will learn at their own pace, have fun, and build both dance and life skills.   Each session will end with these dancers partcipating in our studio recitals.  

Level 1 - Open to all dancers ages 6+

Level 2 - Open to dancers ages 11+
This class is designed for dancers who are able to participate independently in a structured group setting. Participants should be able to follow classroom routines and instructions with minimal support, remain engaged for the duration of the class, and transition between activities independently. Dancers should also feel comfortable performing on stage as part of a group performance without requiring assistance from the teachers or assistants.  The spring session will participate in one competition in May. Each session will also perform in the corresponding recital.
