About Dance West
Our wide spectrum of classes include the following
For Pre-School Age we have Kinder Classes which include Kinder Ballet, Kinder Jazz and Stage Combo,
Kinder Ballet and Jazz Combo and NEW Kinder Boys Hip Hop. Each are included as on stage performance at
the year end recital! As students become more advanced they progress to
Festival classes which also include Modern, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.
Beginner classes for teens are available in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop.
We also have adult Tap, Ballet and Conditioning classes.
The well-being of the student is paramount at Dance West, and part of that
is studying at the correct level. Students are placed into classes upon registration.
If a student has been enrolled in a class that is not of a suitable level,
the teacher will make recommendations to greater benefit the student.

The dance year culminates with the Annual Recital in June.
Members of the Dance West Youth Company Curtis Brown and Alexa Mordhorst
won gold at the Dance World Cup in Vancouver early July 2008.
